3Back now offers distance Scrum training for Distributed Teams.

Why? For many companies the cost of bringing an entire team together is prohibitive. Often the cost of travel can be more than the cost of training. Additionally, for a distributed team the communications skills used while they are working face-to-face are not the same as what is needed to work from a distance.  To help organizations overcome that cost barrier we offer a new course called "Implementing Scrum for Distributed Teams".  Our goal is to establish a Scrum framework that works for Distributed Team working on a product request.

We do this by offering our training in a distance fashion. This reinforces the difficulties in communication that must be overcome for distributed teams to be successful.  The training helps the teams identify areas of difficulty and then coaches them through setting up the ground rules for running in a Scrum like manner.

We have seen that distributed teams can start working effectively right from day one.
